Services manufactures our own, in house Asterisk appliance.  This appliance is a powerful, self contained unit that you and your staff can fully manage.  The benefits are very extensive, including the ability to manage your own PBX instead of the re-occurring cost of a 3rd party managed system, call queues, interactive voice reponse menus, dedicated extensions, email your voice mail, page on voice mail, web retrieval of voice mail, conference call rooms, music on hold, detailed call reporting, call monitoring, call recording, find me follow me, AND MUCH MORE.  We recommend the use of Linksys VoIP Business Class phones with this system.
