Phone Support:

$50 per incident

 Off Site Support:

$85 per hour

 On Site Support:

$40 service call
$85 per hour 

Project Rate:

$125 per hour

As of 1/2009 phone support will be billed in hourly increments at Off Site Support Rates.

Project Rates are billed for service on any solution not setup, sold or configured by DigitalSon.
